Dont get me wrong about the title. I am not really buying a condo pero if there is one available at a good price I will gladly invest my hard earned money to buy a condo than a land property. This week end together with my brother, went to the Fort Bonifacio triangle where numerous condo projects are sprouting like mushrooms.

 We saw the W tower (website: http://www.wlandholdings.com). For me it is one of the better designed condos I saw. The price was quite steep starting at Peso 5 M for a two storey condo. However compared to other units, the show flat looks like it is very spacious.The units are glass enclosed with mirrors all over which makes the units look spacious.

I just got a chance upon your blog by looking for interested buyers of condo in google. I have a friend who left for the states who is selling his condo with parking for Php 3,430,334.93. The buyer should assume balance of the Unit of 35000 a month. The unit is located in Cityland Vito Cruz extension near De La Salle University. It is a 49 sq.m. 1bd unit fully furnished.
